Is insurance provided for my items in case of damage or loss during transit?
We offer up to £10,000 insurance coverage on all vehicles except cars, for which we provide coverage up to £250.
Are there any prohibited items I cannot send with DeliveryApp?
The following list is not exhaustive. If you intend to transport any items listed below and doing so complies with all relevant laws and regulations, please reach out to us directly.

- Clinical and/or biological samples (including fluids and tissue samples)
- Currency, including counterfeit (including gift vouchers, cashiers and travelers cheques/money orders)
- Credit/debit cards
- Dangerous goods
- Electrical appliances (including audio-visual equipment, mobile phones, cameras, monitors, computers, drones, televisions, or any other item with electronic graphical display equipment)
- Fine art and paintings
- Fire extinguishers
- Firearms, including parts (including replicas, imitations, ammunition, and explosives)
- Fireworks
- Flammable items (including batteries, lighters, matches)
- Flammable fuels and items containing flammable fuels – in liquid, gas, or fume form (including aerosols, bottled spirits, lighter fluid, perfume, aftershave, cosmetics, aromatherapy oils, all types of camping gas, and resin)
- Fur and skin of endangered animals or fish, and goods made from/containing them
- Human flesh/remains/ashes
- Illegal drugs and narcotics
